Role Overview
The Data Scientist will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance business performance and product innovation. The position involves designing, training, and maintaining machine learning and natural language processing models while ensuring their reliability and scalability in production environments. This role combines analytical expertise, software engineering skills, and creative problem-solving to advance predictive modeling capabilities and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models to address complex business challenges
- Apply and adapt natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) to improve system performance and functionality
- Research and experiment with new data science techniques, tools, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure quality feature engineering
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to uncover insights, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing refinements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Support the deployment and maintenance of models in production, ensuring stability and scalability
- Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, experiments, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility across the team

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Proven professional experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on machine learning and data analytics
- Strong understanding of large language model (LLM) architectures and their applications
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques
- Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Matplotlib, or Plotly for data storytelling
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, analytical mindset
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience in data-intensive or high-volume digital industries, such as iGaming
