These Terms & Conditions (the 'Terms') apply to the website https://recruitment.bg (the 'Website') and to the services offered through it. By accessing the Website or using our services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website or our services.

3. Definitions

  • We / us / the Company - Recruitment Photos & Videos BG EOOD, operating as Recruitment.bg.
  • Website - https://recruitment.bg and all its pages and content.
  • Client - an employer or organisation that engages us to source and present candidates.
  • Candidate - an individual seeking employment through our services.
  • Services - our recruitment and mediation
  • User / you - any visitor to the Website or recipient of our Services.

4. Use of the Website

The Website provides information about our Services and allows you to contact us and submit enquiries or applications. The information on the Website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly agreed in writing.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • submit false, misleading or unlawful information;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
  • use the Website in a way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with other users;
  • upload or transmit malicious code, or use automated means to scrape or harvest data without our permission.

5. Our services

We provide IT and technology recruitment services - sourcing, assessing and presenting candidates to Clients. We carry out our Services with professional care, but we do not guarantee that any particular vacancy will be filled, that any candidate will be placed, or that any placement will achieve a specific outcome.

6. Terms for Clients

Recruitment.bg provides recruitment, executive search and talent advisory services to business clients. The scope of each engagement, including timelines, deliverables and any commercial terms, is agreed separately in writing between Recruitment.bg and the Client.

By engaging our services, Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding vacancies and hiring requirements.
  • Cooperate throughout the recruitment process and communicate hiring decisions within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.
  • Treat all candidate profiles, CVs and related information as confidential and refrain from sharing them with third parties without prior written consent.
  • Comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination and data protection laws.

Recruitment.bg makes reasonable efforts to identify suitable candidates but cannot guarantee the successful placement of any candidate or the acceptance of any employment offer. Candidate availability, salary expectations and career preferences may change at any time.

Any commercial terms, fees, replacement commitments or other contractual obligations are governed exclusively by the individual agreement signed between Recruitment.bg and the Client.

7. Terms for Candidates

Recruitment.bg provides recruitment services to candidates free of charge.

By submitting your application or personal information, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
  • You have the legal right to work in the relevant jurisdiction where applicable.
  • You consent to Recruitment.bg processing your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You will notify us if your contact details, employment status or job preferences change.

Submitting an application or creating a candidate profile does not guarantee employment, interviews or job offers. Recruitment decisions are made solely by the hiring companies.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in their CVs, applications and supporting documents is truthful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Recruitment.bg may retain candidate information for the period described in the Privacy Policy and may contact candidates regarding future opportunities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website - including text, graphics, logos, the 'Recruitment.bg' brand, layout and design - is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from its content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, and for any errors or omissions in its content.
