2. Scope

These Terms apply to:

• All visitors and users of the Recruitment.bg website.
• Candidates who register, apply, or otherwise engage with us for job placement purposes.
• Clients (employers and hiring organisations) who use our recruitment, staffing or advisory services.

3. Website Use

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

4. Recruitment Services — Candidates

By submitting your CV, personal details or application to Recruitment.bg, you:

• Confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Consent to us processing your personal data for recruitment and job placement purposes, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• Authorise us to present your profile to relevant employer clients where appropriate.
• Acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the outcome of any application or job search.

5. Recruitment Services — Clients

Clients who engage Recruitment.bg for recruitment or staffing services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about vacancies, requirements and their organisation.
• Use candidate profiles and information exclusively for legitimate recruitment and evaluation purposes.
• Not approach, engage or attempt to directly recruit any candidate introduced by Recruitment.bg outside of the agreed engagement framework.
• Pay fees as agreed in writing. Specific fee structures, payment terms and guarantees are set out in the relevant service agreement or proposal.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any candidate information shared with them.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are agreed in writing prior to commencing any assignment. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement:

• Fees are payable upon successful placement of a candidate.
• Our standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.
• Late payments may be subject to statutory interest in accordance with Bulgarian law.
• All fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied where applicable.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the recruitment engagement. This includes candidate details, client requirements, commercial terms and any proprietary information. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in content published on this website — including text, design, logos and software — belong to Recruitment Photos & Videos BG EOOD or its licensors. You may not use, copy or reproduce any content without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us in respect of the relevant placement.

The collection and use of personal data in connection with these Terms is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference. We process all personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
