The Game Designer will design engaging game mechanics, improve user experience, and shape the core gameplay systems of upcoming titles from concept to release.

Core Responsibilities
- Design and develop game mechanics and user experiences within the product framework
- Analyze performance metrics and develop hypotheses to improve engagement and retention
- Generate ideas for new, original, and entertaining games
- Maintain and update detailed design documentation
- Oversee multiple projects from concept through approval to production
- Manage project progress and lead regular weekly reviews
- Collaborate closely with development, mathematics, and art teams
- Research and stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in casino game design

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry
- Proven experience leading design discussions and workshops
- Hands-on experience in designing game systems and mechanics
- Solid understanding of slot game design principles and features
- Ability to organize complex information and communicate ideas clearly and logically
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Genuine passion for games and interactive entertainment
- Keen visual sense and awareness of user experience nuances
