Key leadership role responsible for managing logistics operations, optimizing warehouse processes, coordinating four warehouse locations, and leading the implementation of a new ERP system. The position requires taking ownership of operational improvements and driving organizational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations across four warehouse locations.
- Organize and optimize warehouse processes, goods movement, and customer deliveries.
- Design and implement more efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
- Analyze existing processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Reorganize warehouse space to improve efficiency and order processing speed.
- Plan and control deliveries while ensuring deadlines and high customer service standards.
- Respond quickly to urgent customer requests and deliveries.
- Participate in the preparation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's new ERP system.
- Support and coordinate employee training for the new ERP system.
- Manage team adaptation to new processes and systems.
- Work with systems for sales, warehouse inventory, and logistics management.
- Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage warehouse managers, warehouse employees, and drivers.
- Organize and supervise internal transportation and the company vehicle fleet.
- Monitor warehouse inventory and manage goods movement efficiently.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and operational improvement proposals.
- Participate in strategic logistics development and optimization projects.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain management.
- Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role within logistics, warehouse operations, or distribution.
- Experience managing organizational change and improving operational processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel activities.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to respond quickly to operational challenges.
- Experience managing teams.
- Ability to train, motivate, and engage employees during the implementation of new processes and systems.
- Good computer literacy and experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
- Category B driving license.
- Willingness to travel periodically within Bulgaria.
- Independence, responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
