Core Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation and development of game concepts from a mathematical perspective
- Design, execute, and refine simulations and probabilistic models that support game mechanics and payout structures
- Develop mathematical game models from initial concept through final design and production
- Calculate, analyze, and monitor RTP (Return to Player) configurations and performance metrics
- Verify and validate mathematical models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and compliance with design requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, and Development teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Support engineering teams during the implementation and testing of mathematical models within production environments
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative approaches to new game concepts and mechanics

Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Ability to approach problems creatively and develop original solutions
- Demonstrable achievements in mathematics, statistics, research, academic projects, competitions, olympiads, or related fields
- Curiosity, enthusiasm for learning, and a genuine passion for mathematics
- Good command of English
