Role Overview

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to produce high-quality visual content across digital channels. The role focuses on developing engaging motion graphics and video assets that support marketing initiatives, product communication, and brand visibility. The position requires a strong sense of storytelling, visual consistency, and the ability to translate ideas into dynamic and impactful motion content.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and online advertising.
  • Produce video content for product launches, promotional materials, and corporate communication initiatives.
  • Develop visual assets for presentations, events, and both live and virtual formats.
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into engaging visual narratives.
  • Ensure alignment between motion content and overall campaign goals.
  • Edit and refine video materials to ensure high production quality.
  • Enhance raw footage with visual effects, transitions, and sound integration where applicable.
  • Deliver polished and brand-consistent final outputs.
  • Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
  • Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and emerging techniques.
  • Continuously improve the visual quality and effectiveness of produced content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong storytelling ability and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to translate concepts into engaging and effective motion content.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
