Role Overview

Our client is an established Bulgarian company with over 30 years of history and a leading position in the distribution of dental materials, consumables and equipment. The company is looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Specialist to combine commercial thinking with a marketing approach, actively contributing ideas and initiatives for business and product development while working with a portfolio of over 70 international brands.

Core Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation and execution of the company's marketing plan.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for key brands and product lines.
  • Prepare promotional and informational materials, including brochures, catalogs, presentations and product offers.
  • Maintain and update the corporate website, including promotions and product content.
  • Plan and coordinate social media activities.
  • Organize and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze the results of marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in specialized exhibitions, conferences, trainings and company events.
  • Maintain communication with partners, suppliers and representatives of international brands.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and propose ideas to improve the company's market presence.
  • Support sales activities through marketing initiatives and product campaigns.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creativity, initiative and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing social media, marketing campaigns and communication channels.
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Working level of English.
  • Proactive approach and results-oriented mindset.
